2006 pioneer cd player
My car dont start and i dont no why?

me and a friend just put in a new pioneer cd player and everything worked but when i tried to start my 2002 monte carlo nothing happens. my lights, radio, dash lights everything works but the car don’t seem to want to turn over and start? we tried to jump start my car with my friends 2006 impala and even then it dont start. i had i hooked up to his car for like 15 min. which should be enough time for it to power up and start, but all the electical stuff works.
so if my lights works and all my electrical stuff works why dont it start?? my car was up and running before with no problem 15-20 min. before we put the cd player in, but i dont think the cd player has much to do with this problem?? im not sure if its the starter or not but the car doesnt try to turn on?
it aint the battery or connection cuz all the electrical stuff works so how could it be the battery????
if it was a bad battery none of the electrical or the lights would work but it does??

i need some help

it might be the spark plugs, or the battery.
