My audiovox portable DVD player won’t charge =(?

It’s a 10″ portable DVD player… & I think it’s movel PVS33116… it says that on the instructions. I watch dvds on it every day pretty much & now when I plug it in it won’t charge! When I turn it on, it works but it says Low Battery. What should I do???

I’m guessing your DVD player is not very old. So it’s unlikely the batteries have gone bad.

Check that your battery pack is properly seated; or if your DVD player uses regular rechargeable batteries that you supplied, that they are all installed correctly.

Faulty connections can make a good battery pack look bad. Also, if your DVD player was outdoors and you’ve brought it indoors, condensation inside the charger and battery pack can give the charging circuit the wrong signal. Allow the entire unit to come to room temperature, then try it again.
