Levis Oh Pioneer Oh Pioneer

What’s that speech in the Levi’s (Go Forth) commercial?
This one: (By the way, I’m doing this from memory, so it’s only part of it)
“Have you your pistols? Have you your sharp-edged axe pioneers, oh pioneers?
For we must not tarry here…”
That’s all I can remember right now. It sounded like a real speech, and I was wondering who spoke it and when.
It’s from the Levi’s Go Forth commercial.
