Pioneer Avic F900bt Firmware
Does the Pioneer AVIC-F900BT(Navigation System) audibly state the names of streets while giving directions?
I purchased the unit. I have the latest firmware update. However, it still gives directions like: “turn right in half a mile”. I have read online that it is supposed to state the names of the streets. It says it has TTS (text-to-speech), but it still gives generic instructions. What gives?
I don’t know but I think there’s a navi system that speaks like “yo yo homeboy dis da road u suppose ta turn on fool! right here take left turn NOW! You got it homeboy that’s how you do it. You on a roll! Take right NOW! you made it. I was thinking you were gonna trip on that one! HA! Nice job. Congratulations, you are at your destination. CYA!”
