Question about pitching a reality show?

I am not sure if here is the right place to ask this question. But I am stuck with a very exciting reality show (very different with all you have already seen) that I have written sometimes ago and cannot successfully get a deal from production companies. I have submitted it to a couple of companies who are pioneer in reality shows. They were all interested but when it comes to the contract they want to get the option for producing or pitching to broadcasters free of charge! and their remunerations are extremely low compare to what I hear in the industry. Should I have a strong contact who supports me to be able to get the right deal? Am I doomed to accept the peanut offer and let them make millions? I already had 3 offers but all rubbish. I would like to hear anyones suggestion or experience.

i have no experience in this but it seems like you need a manager/agent or lawyer with you when you decide what deal to take. If you aren’t happy with the offers dont take them but you have to ask yourself is better not get my idea out there at all, rather than take a low-ball offer? Just make sure you know what you are signing before taking any offer. In the end you need to make the decision what offer to take. if you looking for the millions good luck they of course can’t offer you huge money because they dont know if the idea will be a success, so they buy the idea from you cheap, change it enough so its not yours anymore and boom! welcome to the business world!
