Pioneer Cd Decks Turntable
How do I find the value of a 1989 Pioneer stereo system?
The system consists of: a PL-202AZ turntable, a RX-721 stereo, cassette tape deck, receiver, a PD M411 cd player with 5 – 6 disc magazines, two CS G911 spkrs, a CU-AV006 programmable remote control, all the original manuals. Best of all, it totally works and still sounds great!
You could check on e-bay and Creig’s list to see what other people are selling there equipment for, you could also look on Oak Tree Enterprises, you could also send an e-mail to Oak Tree and ask them what they would give you for your equipment they will bid low because they will turn around and sell it for more but it could give you an idea…the price of equipment will vary because of demand condition of the equipment modifications made to the equipment and if you have the original boxes…I would say your most valuable asset will be the turntable, there is somewhat of a revival going on for vinyl records and vintage turntables in good condition are worth a lot, I would say what ever it sold for new if its in good condition and has a dust cover that’s not broken or too scratched and maybe even more, with the manual; next would come your speakers, there is also demand for these but not as much because the availability of vintage speakers is vast and most people are looking for a certain make or model…on speakers just to give you an estimate I would say 1/2 of what they sold for new, if in very good condition, again a lot it depends on condition, and what people are willing to pay…the other equipment is not going to have that much value…
