Pioneer Deh P7700mp Aux
iPod trouble when trying to connect 3.5 mm jack to aux input on Pioneer DEH-P7700MP?
I bought a cable with 3.5 mm jacks on both ends and plugged one end into my iPod and the other to the aux Input in the back of a Pioneer DEH-P7700MP deck and got no sound. I turned the AUX on in the intial setup menu, and still nothing. However I get faint sound when I turn my radio and iPod all the way up this sound is hardly audible though and will not do. Is there a solution to this or am I going to have to buy the 50 dollar adapter?
Try your ipod and cable in another amp (a friends or take it to a place that has demonstration units). It could be a bad cable or a bad input jack on your amp.
