Pioneer Dv-410v-k
Which of these two upconverting DVD players should I get?
Basically, I want a decent, cheap up-converting DVD player with a USB, HDMI, digital audio out, etc. I have narrowed it down to these two players:
the Philips DVP5982/37 and the Pioneer DV-410V-K, and I am not sure which to get. I’ll be listening to music and watching movies with it on my HT-3100 Onkyo surround sound system.
Opinions are appreciated, as well as if someone has another DVD player they think is better. Thanks
I have neither, so I have to go with online reviews. On cnet.com the Philips got 3/5 while the Pioneer got 4.5/5. On amazon.com the reviews were 4/5 and 5/5 respectively. So I’d say you go with the Pioneer.
