Pioneer Dvd Car Deck
car auto. Tweeters question?
my car has only 4 door speakers none in back by window like my old one had 6’9′s this car only has 6’5 in doors stock speakers were replaced i got a amp pushing them for highs and 2 12 inch kicker cvrs 900 watts rms to them. Now it sounds amazing especially since i got a eq not to mention a pioneer dvd deck with a great equilizer i never use. Now i want to add tweeters my car has the spot for them and i wanna take out the stock . Now my system was hooked up i have a feeling the tweeters were never hooked up to the deck or the amp. Cause there no sound so whats the best way to hood up a new set if i can fit them in there. Whats the easiest way. I rather not have to pull the deck out. Should i add them to my amp or hook up to the deck. Since they not already how would i figure out which wires they are when i pull out the deck and the deck brain is all in this tight spot rather not open my dash back up. so thanks
your tweeters will work with the radio or amp so if you are uncomforatble taking out the radio, you can wire them into your highs amp front left and right. make sure you keep the positive to+ and negative to -. on the tweeter wires
