Pioneer Dvd Drives Firmware
¿Can’t erase DVD±RW or CD-RW in my DVD drive?
The facts are there. I have a pioneer DVR-108 DVD±RW discs writer, I can actually burn any DVD/CD disc type, all discs in the specification of the manual including DVD±RW & CD-RW. BUT When I write (burn) this kind of discs (DVD±RW & CD-RW) immediately later I can’t erase them. ¿WHY? I have tried the ASPI DRIVER, maintenance to the hardware, I have not tried firmware but it’s irrelevant. The last chance is reinstall Windows but I do not have much hope that it works. Do I need to buy other?. Thanx
OK the DVD writer is connected at Primary master, I have just one HDD but in SATA interface. My last chance is update the firmware but I don’t have hope.

Wow, looks like the Pioneer DVR 108 was designed for Windows 98!? But then, the updates should make it compatible with XP and even Vista!?
