Pioneer Firmware Dvd Drive
Xbox 360 backup questions?
Hi all..
I’m well aware that this has been asked about one million times, but I’ve searched for hours now and I haven’t been able to find a updated answer for my questions.
A little info:
Old xbox 360 – w/ LiteOn drive.
I know that Verbatim DVD+R DL is the best media.
Have no problem with backing up my disks – it’s the burning.
Burning at 2x / 4x is the recommended.
Here we go.
I want to know which drive is the best for burning your backup games with? I have been looking at Pioneer 116D – but is this outdated?
Before burning your backup disks, will I need newest firmware – and is pioneer’s website the source for firmware?
When burning backup disks, is layer break the only setting needed to be changed?
I think that’s it!
Thanks for reading.
well for back up your own games i used xbox backup creator program
i dont really dont it matters about the burner as long as its DL most dvdrw is dl anyways i have a nec i got 4 years ago it not top of the line but its works. i didnt really go out looking for a pioneer 116d like everyones says. jsut go out and buy a dvd rw dl and try it with xbox backup creator and it should work plus up date the firmware on the dvd rw. if the new one u bought dont work return it and try another one no point of wasteing time trying to find the pioneer . saves alot of headache
