endlessly searching for a double DIN that works amazing with the android phone?

I have been searching endlessly for a indash double DIN that works amazing with the android phone. I came across the Sony XNV-770BT, and the Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT. I love the Sony’s nav but I hate the interface, I love the interface on the Pioneer but I am not to sure on the nav. So I have two questions for you (see below)…….
Question #1 What units out there are 100% compatible with the droid cell phone. Like I can do things on the units screen through the droid? All these high end units only work with Iphone and are all about Iphone tech…. what about droid? Is there going to be a new deck just for droid??
Question #2 If I were to buy the Pioneer, would the nav from the Sony unit work with it? As in I buy the Pioneer unit but instead of the TeleAtlas navi I could buy the Advanced GPS Navigation from TomTom. If I were to do that would it still work the same?

No idea about Q1, I’d love to know myself. I’m using a Sony XNV-L66BT with android and the voice dialling and music playback work fine, but I have yet to get the phone book search to work. Used to work with my Windows Mobile 6.5 phone.

Q2 – definitely not – TomTom is an exclusive with Sony at the moment (apart some car manufacturers like Renault). The head unit has a special socket for the TomTom navigation component to connect to, all part of the kit.
