Pioneer Iso Lead
pc problem?
hi i recently got my computer reformatted and added another gig of ram to it making it up to 2 gig of ram
now here is my problem when burning a disc through nero i try to burn at 16 speed cos my discs and drive allow me to but it will burn to a certain point and speed will go to zero and nothing happens and i pulled the usb lead out and the pc switched itself of and restarted my burner is the pioneer 112 and is external and is plugged in the usb ports on the front of my pc the burning software is the new trial version of nero 8 i also tried the usb ports at back of my pc same result also tried burning iso with clonecd and same thing i used verbatin dual layers also not cheap media and the same thing happened would burn so far and stop
this never happened before i got new ram and friend who i told about problem said new ram may not be compatible with ram in pc already so suggestions would be grt thanks also when i burn at 4 speed on nero it works not a high speeds is it ram my pc
I doubt this is an issue with the new RAM.
Has your PC recognized the new RAM?
I would try reinstalling drivers for the CD Writer.
