Pioneer Lcd Tv Prices
I’ve narrowed my home theater receiver choices down to two… please tell me which one I should pick, and why
1. Pioneer Elite VSX-92
2. Onkyo TX-SR805
Which one should I pick, and why? Please don’t offer alternatives, I’ve already made up my mind that it’s going to be one of these two. I’m not an audiophile, just someone that wants a reasonably good home theater experience. Other equipment I have includes a 46-inch LCD tv, 1080p. I will be getting a blu-ray player when the prices come down.
Yeah Scott, HDMI connectivity was one of the most important factors in narrowing my choices down to these two. Thanks for your answer!
All other things being equal, I guess it comes down to “build quality,” reliability, and intangibles such as heat generation, remote control functionality, etc.
If I am you, I will go for Pioneer. Onkyo has problem with heating and also popping sound issue. Pioneer dont have such problems.
