Pioneer Rca Ground

What can cause my noise?
I have Honda Accord 2007 SE. I installed an amplifeir in it (JBL 4 channel 75.4II http://www.jbl.com/car/products/product_detail.aspx?prod=GTO75.4+II&Language=ENG&Country=US&Region=USA&cat=AMP&ser=GTS ) I also put 4 Infinity kappa speakers.
under high amplification I had some noise under 0 volume, I used high inputs at that setup, and thought the noise was a result of high inputs. I bought a new Pioneer head unit and I use the preamplified inputs for this head unit (RCA). However, after I was finished conencting it all, as long as the amplifeir was on minimum amplification, it sounds great. The moment I pass the 1/4 amplification it becomes really noisy, like 5 times noisier than it was before. Moreover, its a different type of noise, rattaling noise. Does anyone know what may cause it? Anyone had to deal with something like that before? Anyone thinks a ground loop isolator might solve it? (with the amp set to vey low amplification it has no noise and plays perfectly) Any advice?
Make sure everything is tight, but also you may need to look into a sound damping solution. I would suggest at the very least pick a dynomat kit that just goes around speaker opening in the door (behind the panel), but for best results get the kit that covers the whole door (behind the panel). Also do the rear deck lid where your rear speakers are. With this done, you should notice two things, better performance/sound from your speakers and less road noise. The pioneer head unit has all kinds of ways to play with the sound as well. I just put in the DEH-P5000UB and after 4 days and I am still going through all the things I can change ( alot more than my 6 year old pioneer head unit).
