Pioneer Touchscreen Car Radio

Is there a method to installing my radio that can prevent it from being stolen?

i have a 1998 buick century and i’m looking for any ideas or techniques i can use when installing my radio that would make it theft proof or at least too difficult for a thief to get out in a short amount of time. someone broke into my car and took my dvd/cd touchscreen radio while my car was parked on the college campus. Now i have the pioneer FH-P8000BT and I would hate for this one to be stolen. Thanks.

you could use the screw holes on the side of the radio itself to secure a metal strap behind the dash, so even if they could get it loose, it wouldnt come out. although, this would be hard to install; you would most likely have to take OFF the whole dash to get to it!
