Teac Antioxidant Test

Anyone have a biochemistry experiment suggestion?
I have to make up my own experiment, testing the antioxidant ability in some sort of food using TEAC assay or the phenolics test. Has anyone done this before and be willing to give me some suggestions and an explanation on how to do the lab. Thanks for you help.
