my DVD/CD Rom drive does not work in my Toshiba notebook?
When I open “my computer” I don’t see a DVD/CD drive icon, I went to start, control panel and system and into device manager, and see that there is a yellow exclamation mark on TEAC DW-22 4E-B device, Can I do anything to fix this? If I delete this, will my burner work? What can I do, the driver was working before, would appreciate help with my problem
Welcome to the club. Not only is it OK to delete the driver, deleting the driver and having Windows reinstall is the best way to fix the problem. Sounds like you already know how this is done since you know your way around the control panel and found the exclamation mark.
