Teac Cd W58e Drive
i have a dvd+rw drive (i think) how do i find out and how do i know what speed discs to use?
the cover on the drive says dvd+rw, in MY COMPUTER it says dvd/cd-rw and when i open properties the name is TEAC DVD+RW DV-W58E , device type is dvd/cd-rom i have tried both dvd+r and rw discs i have not tried dvd-r or rw discs because of the emblem on the cover (dvd+rw)
You’re in luck. You can use two kinds of recordable discs. rw means you can reuse the disc more than once.A DVD/R disc can be only used once though.Have fun. BTW, it’s not a matter of speed for the disc, but tha amount of data it can store. Like 750MB. The higher the number, the more you can store.
