Teac Device Drivers
I cant use my dvd rom and floppy I do a viruse scan on them and it says cant check them because there not open
I have a gateway labtop my dvd drive is a teac dv-28e it was working fine and I was trying new dvd software because I could only play dvds for a cou[ple of days before it said my resolution was to high or my color.Then all of sudden dont work. I checked the device manager and it said working properly. Tryed uninstalling them that didnt work. Try to find new drivers on the internet but everything money.I was going to wipe everything out but if my drives are dead than that is a waste. Does anybody got any answers. Wanted to see if my registry is corrupt and when they scan they wont fix until you buy it. Dont know if thats a scam or what. Dont know much about computers so I dont know what else to do. The error on the C: file was C:windowssystem32ntoskrnl.exe is that anything and the name of it is Nt kernel &system
try BIOS setup or try the cable which drives signal of drive to motherboard .(it’s some kind of white color tape)Try replacing it!
