Teac Error

windows 95/98/me start up disk with pcmcia support?

hi there
is there a start up disk or another method were i can install any of the above operating systems
the problem being i only have a teac cd rom drive connected through a pcmcia slot,and i dont have any usb,s,ethernet or internal cd roms to use
the laptop in amtrying to install the above os on is a compaq amarda 4210t
i know how to install windows 98/95 from a start up disk however when i type the command to install windows 98se(win98se/setup.exe) the cd rom is not recognized and i get a error prompt!
is there a way i can get window loading through this dammed pcmcia cd rom drive(the drive in question is a teac cdr224e)
any ideas guys
