S-video mirroring on iBook G4?
I’m trying to connect my iBook to my TEAC HDTV via s-video and AV2 input. When I plug it in, my computer recognizes the tv, but the tv doesn’t respond. That is, there’s no video. I’ve tried every possible channel, multiple times (ie. S-Video, AV1, AV2, VGA, HDTV, etc.). I really have no idea what it could be. Any ideas?
It’s probably the display setting on you iBook that needs to be changed. Sometimes the TV mfg will have settings for PCs but not macs. Go into the monitor settings and play with a few different frequencies (but remember what the settings are suppose to be so you can change back).
