Teac dw-224e is no read as cd burner?
I just picked up a Toshiba Portege M100 laptop and it came with windows already on it from ebay and the windows media does not read the drive as a cd burner neither does the computer.. I went into the bios and it won’t let me change the drive what else can I do. It plays dvd and cd’s but it won’t burn a cd unless I go through a third person media player. Then it will work… I installed nero express and it did burn cd’s but just regular windows won’t…. Please help
You shouldn’t have bought the laptop off of ebay. You bought a useless machine. It most likely has much more problems than you are aware of. These guys might be able to help you out, but I know they don’t like ebay laptops…still worth a shot..
