Teachers College Housing

What college is a better fit for me? SUNY Plattsburgh, CUNY Hunter, or CUNY Brooklyn?
I’m majoring in education and I want to become an English teacher. I’m also big on the social aspect of college. Hunter and Brooklyn don’t have real dorms and I’m trying to find other housing options for them that aren’t super strict dorms and anti partying.
I love the city. I love how there’s so many people and it’s always so busy. I’m also okay with the cold.
Plattsburgh is known for education. It also has a campus with the full college experience. Just be aware that it is very rural and cold. It has the advantage (or disadvantage) of being a long ways from NYC.
