My name is ABC. I am a seventeen-year-old girl and I am living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I am studying in Grade 12 at XYZ high school For the Gifted, which is one of the best high schools in the South of Vietnam.
Our high school is located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city of Vietnam. In our school, we are taught eleven compulsory subjects such as Mathematics, Literature, English and History. Among those, English is my favorite subject and it is also the subject that I am majored in. Hence, I often spend my spare time reading books and novels written in English, as well as watching English-speaking channels on TV to improve my writing and listening skills. Last month, I was one of ten students chosen to participate in the citywide selective test and got the second prize for my school.
English is my favorite subject and it is also the subject that I am majoring in. Instead of majored which would indicate past tense.
Other than that you write EXCELLENTLY and put many many, in fact MOST Americans to shame.
